Health Insurance and Reimbursement
Although we are a private medical center and do not work directly with insurance vouchers, if your health policy includes a free choice or reimbursement modality, we will issue the corresponding medical invoice so that your insurer can reimburse you between 80% and 100% of the consultation cost.
Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for the time of our professionals and other patients on the waiting list, cancellations or modifications of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less notice must be paid in full.
Payment Methods
You can comfortably pay for your sessions at the clinic on the day of the consultation using a credit/debit card or in cash. For online sessions, payment will be made securely via bank transfer prior to the session.
Clinical Reports
The drafting of detailed clinical reports, attendance certificates, or psychological expert reports requires evaluation and writing time outside of consultation hours. These documents have separate fees that your specialist will detail based on complexity.
